Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary.
Deposits and Payments
A £25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable on the day of treatment.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in loss of your deposit.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. In some cases, this may be treated as a missed appointment.
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for treatments are not typically provided once a service has been delivered.
Medical Suitability
All treatments are subject to clinical assessment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not in your best interest.
Liability
Esteem Life Medical Group will not be held liable for any adverse outcomes where treatment advice and aftercare instructions are not followed.
